Dr. Bilyana Lilly has joined Accenture as Associate Director within its Cyber Security Practice, bringing her extensive expertise in cybersecurity and information warfare to the global consulting powerhouse. Dr. Lilly is an internationally recognized cybersecurity expert with a career spanning advisory roles for senior executives in both the public and private sectors, including the U.S. White House, military commands, and Fortune 500 companies. Her expertise in mitigating cybersecurity risks and defending against nation-state threats positions her as a vital addition to Accenture’s Cyber Security Practice.

In addition to her new role, Dr. Lilly serves on the Advisory Boards of venture capital firm Night Dragon and cybersecurity company RunSafe Security. She is also an Adjunct Senior Advisor for Critical Infrastructure and Resilience at the Institute for Security and Technology and chairs the Democratic Resilience Track of the Warsaw Security Forum.

Dr. Lilly’s academic achievements include a PhD in policy analysis and three master’s degrees, including an honors degree from Oxford University. Her book Russian Information Warfare became a bestseller and is on display at the Pentagon. She is also the author of the novel Digital Mindhunters, which is available on Amazon.

Her previous roles include serving as a Manager at Deloitte’s Financial Cybersecurity Practice and as a Fellow at the RAND Corporation. She is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a sought-after speaker at prominent cybersecurity conferences, including RSA, DefCon, CyCon, and the Executive Women’s Forum.
