Jillian Stiegmann has been named Vice President of Growth for Federal Civilian & Financial Services at DMI. Stiegmann announced the news on LinkedIn, expressing enthusiasm for her new role and the opportunity to drive growth and innovation within the organization.
Stiegmann brings over a decade of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and federal contracting to her position. She most recently served as Director of the GWAC & IDIQ Center of Excellence at DMI, where she managed government-wide acquisition contracts and task orders, playing a key role in expanding DMI’s capabilities in delivering innovative solutions to federal clients.
Before joining DMI, Stiegmann held several roles at The Ambit Group, including Director of Business Development, Strategic Partnership Manager, and Account Executive. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Lead Technical Recruiter and Proposal Staffing Specialist at Strategic Operational Solutions and as a Federal Technical Recruiter at Kforce Inc.
Stiegmann graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Her academic background, combined with her professional experience, has established her as a leader in strategic growth and client engagement within the federal space.
